Welcome to the Bramley Nursery School online application form.
Please take note of the following information before proceeding:

The completion of this form does not guarantee your child a place in the school. This remains an application form.
Should your application be accepted, you will be contacted and arrangments made for the acceptance procedure, including any enrollment fees, as well as necessary documentation to be signed, and a place made available for your child.
By default, this form captures information from TWO parents or guardians. In the case you are a single parent, simply elect to skip the second parents' details.
Details of the first parent are however, mandatory.
We have tried to make this process as simple as possible whilst collecting the primary information we need in order to process an application. Should you wish to follow our manual process, please contact us via phone or email and we will gladly assist.
DOCUMENTS: For the learner, there is a section where you are able to submit a copy of the birth and vaccination certificates (clinic cards) for the children being applied for. The information is not mandatory for this application form to be submitted, but will be required at before we can accept your child. If you are unable to upload these through this process, then please make alternative arrangements to get these to us for your application to be more complete.

PLEASE NOTE:
Whilst we provide accessibility to this online application, we recommend that all families or parents make an effort to at some stage come and visit the school in person for various reasons. Please come and see the school in operation any time during the morning operating hours, so that you have an idea of whether our school is the right place for your child.
