Founded in 1952, Bramley Nursery School holds the distinction of being one of the oldest and most respected nursery schools in Johannesburg. Located in the heart of the city's northern suburbs, we have proudly provided a nurturing educational environment for generations of young learners.

Our modern facilities, some of which have been in use since 1958, have seen thousands of young learners pass through our doors, benefitting from our unique blend of traditional and contemporary teaching methods.

Bramley Nursery School welcomes children from the age of two-and-a-half years, provided they are fully toilet trained. Our tailored programs are designed for specific age groups, ensuring a personalised approach with smaller class sizes for more individualized attention.
You have the flexibility to choose between a full-day or half-day program. Our half-day program runs from 07:30 to 13:30, and includes a nutritious mid-morning snack with sandwiches, fruit, and juice.
Our full-day program extends to a cooked lunch and an afternoon snack after nap time. Parents can send yogurt or fruit for the afternoon snack. Full-day children receive supervised care until 17:00.
At Bramley Nursery School, education is not confined to the classroom. We offer a diverse range of activities to enrich your child's experience, including puppet shows and educational performances. Additionally, we provide opportunities for extra-curricular activities such as Playfit, Music by Tiny Tunes and Soccer.

Staff and children alike all had a tremendous amount of fun at the Bramley Nursery School 2016 Spring and Sports day on Friday 2nd September.
The day was pure fun with running, hopping, skipping, block-on-spoon races, sack races and many other fun filled events.
Children were asked to wear bright colours to welcome the spring season, and this they all did, whether a spring hat was worn or not, we were all certainly a colourful bunch for the day.

Bramley Nursery School held our annual pyjama day on the 5th August 2016 and plenty of fun was had by staff and children alike. Donations were requested for the day and the proceeds raised will be dontated to a charity organisation or childrens home.
